The Skyterra Program


Your weekly schedule will include a well-rounded blend of fitness classes, educational talks, stress management practices, and seasonal recreation opportunities. Enjoy delicious chef-prepared meals in our culinary center, sleep soundly in your private room, and if you'd like, indulge in services at our spa.

  • Daily schedule allows freedom of choice and plenty of downtime

Worried about staying healthy once you return to everyday life? Leave it to us!  Our wellness philosophy focuses on improving quality of life over the long term. You can also take the program home with you – we provide two ways to extend the program after you leave:

  • Skyterra at Home provides you all of the recipes, videos, and documents you need to keep moving forward.
  • Premium Coaching allows you to keep in contact with our professionals and maintain accountability
