While you're here, you'll challenge your fitness level in ways that nourish your mind and spirit. Each week, we offer a large variety of fitness classes – from yoga, mobility, and balance classes to heart-pumping cardio and exhilarating strength training circuits. We emphasize functional fitness, proper form, and personal enjoyment. You're here to celebrate what your body can do, not to punish yourself!
Plus, we'll get you moving indoors and out, so you can enjoy everything the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer. Enjoy year-round waterfall hiking, seasonal workouts on campus trails and in our "treehouse" room, and recreation options like fly fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, and aqua classes.
Everyone is welcome. Our program encourages and challenges participants of all ages, fitness levels, and body types. We'll find your starting point and meet you there! Whether you're just starting out or bursting through a plateau, our caring experts and welcoming, judgment-free community create the perfect environment to make progress. With a maximum capacity around 20 guests, we can always provide the attention you deserve.
Our program is based on the latest evidence-based research. You won't be working out for hours each day or surviving on rabbit food! Enjoy mountain lodging and delicious chef-prepared meals. The daily schedule allows freedom of choice and plenty of downtime to relax, indulge at the spa, or embark on an off-campus excursion. You will feel amazing and get one step closer to being your best self.
