Winter is a symbolic time of year for reflection and self-care, and can truly be a wonderland of inspired growth and bliss. This winter, join our very own Amber Shadwick for a soul-warming yoga experience filled with mindfulness, breath, movement, education, and healing.

Taking time out to honor the mind, body, and spirit is a beautiful and transformative gift. It is an opportunity to re-establish and nurture a relationship with your true self. This winter, nourish your commitment to yoga and yourself. After all – you deserve to feel better!

We'll have a very special space for this season's yoga retreat – our new Yoga Yurt, a wondrous year-round (heated) yoga tent for healing, renewal, and connection.

All levels are welcome. No yoga experience necessary.

Winter Yoga Retreat Rates

$3,150 (all-inclusive seasonal weekly rate) + $350 (specialty week programming) = $3,500
Includes Lodging, Meals, Skyterra Core Program, and the Specialty Week Experience

Yoga Retreat Schedule

See what we have in store for this year's winter yoga retreat. This week will begin with an introduction to our award-winning wellness program and will end with four days of yoga immersion, exploration, and bliss.

Sunday - Wednesday

Once you arrive and check into your mountain lodging, you'll have an opportunity to relax, settle in, and begin to embrace the Skyterra experience. Connect with your own mind and body before embarking on your yogic journey.
