Thanksgiving Week 2018
Celebrate each day with movement, meditation, supported self-reflection, and delicious chef-prepared meals. We are preparing a Thanksgiving week with a cornucopia of activities to keep you moving, nourished, and exceptionally well.
Our weekly schedule will take on a special Thanksgiving theme, including:
- Holiday-themed workouts, including a Turkey Trot 5K, team-based holiday workouts, and "Turkey Circuit" and "Turkey TRX + Row" classes
- Chef-prepared (and dietitian-approved) Thanksgiving Lunch Buffet
- Culinary demonstrations highlighting healthy holiday meals, beverages, and desserts
- Gratitude meditations and walking meditations
